  • sMove! - the Stopping Movement Training of the Grinberg Method, was developed by Avi Grinberg.
Ultimately, this practice aims for you to get closer to your potential, in terms of health, wellbeing, strength, flexibility and other physical abilities.
By following the principles of this movement descipline, you keep on collecting energy and attention. You constantly break limiting patterns and habits of movement and breathing, which are embeded in your body.
Your body attention evoles as you are chellenged to unite mind and body, keeping your mind silent and focused, and your body free to discover new, effortless, non-repetative, possibilities of movement.
As the training progresses, instead of doing the movement, you become the movement.
The outcome is the joy of being intensly in the moment.
Live classes are led by trainers in several countries in Europe and Israel.
sMove!@Home are Monday-Friday, free, online, ~45-minute classes, that allow you to experience the outcome of this training from your home or even your office.

Thanks for that. And now it's also online!

Is there any chance to provide subtitles in Portuguese? I'd like to share this video with a person who doesn't understand any of the languages available. ☺️
    Thanks in advance!

Thank you for writing us, Sara. It's good to know that you found this video valuable. Unfortunately, we will not be able to add another language to it's subtitles at this time.

Thanks, Kid. This is a very late response to your nice comment. Sorry about that, for some reason, your comment (along with many others) did not appear for us.
We thought you may be interested to know that that sMove can now be done online!

I think the Grinberg method is amazing but I am disturbed by the very short clips at the beginning of this video...short clips like this are not supposed to help concentration...
    thanks for the attention.

Thanks for your input, Marianne. This has been noted, albeit at a very late timing as, for some reason, your comment (along with many others) did not appear for us until now. Sorry about that. As sMove is so visual, but has a wide base of perception and theory behind it, the video creator tried to combine and show it all. Surely his intention was to grasp attention.
One way or another, the real concentration is achieved through the training itself. And now we are happy to share that sMove can be done online!
