The impact of ADHD on our relationships is simply not talked about often enough. As someone who self-diagnosed late in life, understanding my brains gifts and challenges has helped me recognize the past damage I've inadvertently caused in relationships and find ways to work with my strengths and weakness alone and in relationship to others. Unfortunately I'm like this, diagnosed but my psychotherapy it's not helping it
