Konkani Sabudana Chana Dal Kheer
Mangane is a delicious Kheer made in Konkan regions like goan. It's a traditional desert made from coconut milk, chana dal and jaggery. Many people also add Cashew Nuts and Sabudana in Kheer. It's often prepared during festivals like diwali, ganesh chathurthi and christmas. We goans also prepare and enjoy it whenever we want to eat a tasty dessert.
Note : tsp is teaspoon
tbs is tablespoon
1 Cup = 250 gms
Ingredients:
1.5 Cup Grated Coconut
3-4 Pods Of Cardamom
1 Cup Water
1 Cup Chana Dal
1/4 Cup Sabudana
1 Tbs Ghee
2 Tbs Cashew Nuts
1.5 Cup Water
1 Cup Grated Jaggery
1/2 Tsp Salt
