Hi fellow v7 rider 😁. First impression is good.. Much faster then the v7, but it acts really different on the boat wakes compared with the v7. Maybe because of the weight difference, but it get more pushed around. Totally different boat, at this moment my love goes to the v7 when it comes to boat wakes (and i still have the v7 😀). But it can also be a matter of time when I'm gonna change my opinion.
@@IamNothing82 Thank you for the feedback. It is narrower and lighter so more pushed around indeed! It probably accelerates quite well. I had the chance to try the 520 and it was a fun surfski. It is good you still have the V7. I sold mine but regret it sometimes when paddling around rocks or when the weather becomes bad. I miss its storage too, it was very practical.
@@IamNothing82 Yes I sold it! I had it for nearly a year, but after a bit over 3 months I got a Fennix Swordfish S and was using less the V7. I had too many things in the garage. At that time I had 3 SUP, 2 sit on top kayaks, a double kayak, and the V7 and Swordfish. Now I have the V10L, a Fennix Bonito, 2 sea kayaks, a double sit on top, a normal sit on top, one SUP and a waveski...
