Yep, went back to the car to drop a few things off and left it in the car, couldn't be arsed to climb up the 200 steps to get it, but she had ball action later when we got to the caravans beach front... 😂😂
I got to my target weight, weekends I can eat what I like within reason, the rest of the week I stick to low calorie food and it has so far held my weight... Can't live life without some treats... 😉😉
