I’m a huge 49er fan so halfway through the season I decided to head to a card shop in my time to pick up some stuff for my PC, I found a Purdy certified 006/199 for $1! Keep in mind he hadn’t played yet and no one knew what he could do but I loved the guy and college so I picked it up, now it’s averaging $120!

That $900 was decent if you can get 12 max it was a fair deal but he wasn’t fair with you on the rice you wanted cause obviously he makes dumb many taking it from people on mystery packs cause we all know rippin is a gamble and even more when it’s a mystery😅
I honestly moved the stuff in trades later. Cash wasn’t right offer for me

Just cards do the deal . Don't stop a 900 dollar deal over 100 dollars. Especially if you like the guy your selling to.

I am in Amarillo, Texas and help at the LCS part time. Met Kevin Strunk from OKC on several occasions. He's a good dude. The OKC crew is legit. I saw Lucas Strunk in the video and thought I wonder if that's Strunks Crew?! Probably some of my cards in those boxes!

I set up at card show. I only have 1,00 to 5.00 boxes. I sell about 4000.00 a show. Then I take my 4000 and reinvest into my PC Mickey Mantle slabs. Mickey Mantle won't go down in value. I invested close to 40000 in Mickey Mantle this year. I am going to do the same this year.. 5 to 7 years ia planning to retire from sporting cards

I've been digging through .25-$1.00 boxes for years, it's my favorite thing to do at shops and shows. I won't go to a shop if they don't have bargain boxes to dig through.

Going to my first card show in a few weeks in Atlanta. How open would you say most vendors are to doing trades? I'm a huge Braves fan and am looking for a Michael Harris 1st bowman refractor auto PSA 10, but don't really want to buy it all in cash. I've got a couple 150-200 dollar cards, including some HOF guys like Pujols, that I was considering bringing to try and make a trade. is it likely that i can pull that off? Do vendors typically trade if I've only got non-graded cards?
it depedns on the show flow. the first day people want to sell. The second day its full of trades and open options. Just be smart and dont force a deal if you don't have to. I didnt sell the 900 lot and im glad i didnt. a trade night deal changed the game for me
