Forney won't be small for long in my opinion
Lived in Forney from 2011-2016. Thats when Forney was darn near perfect. Rarely had crime, quiet , rarely traffic except for when the train came and it was peaceful.

My Texas is changing so fast. I cannot believe how many former small cities are exploding with growth.
Yeah it’s like every other month we are hearing of another small rural town getting lots of commercial investment!
@@TexasHomesByMike and I am pleased for jobs for our young but as CA found out, which used to be the golden place too long ago, at what price for all the changes…

I like Forney home prices but the crime is what scares me from moving here
Lots of thuggery down in ol’ Forney.
Definitely understandable - East Dallas doesn’t have the best reputation for crime unfortunately

@@TexasHomesByMike Is Rockwall considered safe? I am looking to buy a home at Forney and now worried about the crime.
@@vld3866 Rockwall is considered MUCH safer. It also has a much higher cost of living, but it's right there on Lake Ray Hubbard with major commercial development projects nearby. I have a video for Rockwall being uploaded this Sunday and break this down in further detail, but yes - to answer your question - Rockwall is considered safe.
