WOW. Manaus is mesmerizing. Beautiful magical buildings. My favorite video. Though I have only been to São Paulo and Santa Catarina, I named my dog Manaus (I call her Wolfie). I am blown away. Would love to visit Manaus.
@@ronaldostraubeldeoliveira We stayed on Santa Catarina Island (Florianopolis). Visited restaurants and beaches all over the island. Drove on the mainland too. Visited Blumenau. I loved it all. Even the view of São Paulo from the airplane.

Very nice video of Manaus. I spent over two years from September of 1970 to October of 1972 in Manaus and Itacoatiara serving as a Peace Corps Volunteer. Your video reminded me of my first experience in Manaus after arriving from training in Belem do Para.
Hostel Amazonia!!! ...you don't have to stay at the hostel to book the 'into the Amazon' jungle lodge that is owned by indigenous Amazonians. The 'jungle' accommodations are very good...hammocks to cabins...the menu is very good....there are day and night excursions included....piranha fishing... A very good experience. And in Manaus there are 'river dolphin' tours where only the brave get into the water. 14:16 -> About a half hour past the bridge in the background is where the 'river dolphin' speed boats go. Hostel Amazonia!!! ...you don't have to stay at the hostel to book the 'into the Amazon' jungle lodge that is owned by indigenous Amazonians. The 'jungle' accommodations are very good...hammocks to cabins...the menu is very good....there are day and night excursions included....piranha fishing... A very good experience. And in Manaus there are 'river dolphin' tours where only the brave get into the water.
14:16 -> About a half hour past the bridge in the background is where the 'river dolphin' speed boats go. A kind of scary but awesome in the water Amazon experience.

I know people that have been around Brazil with no Portuguese knowledge at all so it can definitely be done. Especially in these big cities you can usually get cel phone reception everywhere so you can always use google translator 😁

The ceiling design in the theater is amazing! very reasonable fees for everything by US standards. I wonder if they will EVER drop the vaccine proof stuff? Some people cannot take the vax due to allergic reaction to ingredients so it seems very excluding due to a health issue... what if they started excluding people with Cancer or other problems from entering places? I really dislike the rules that exclude !
Get vaccinated man, protect yourself.

That's an awesome trip. It must be grand to be in Manaus & the Amazon jungles! From what I heard, Brazilians gave seringueira seedlings to the British as a gift & they planted them in Malaysia, making it the place that beat Brazil's Amazon production, ending its monopoly of latex production.
