Same! I thought I received a bad batch or something idk. But it smells nothing like what most people review it as. I get a very oily coconut-y smell mixed with coriander-y weird smell and last less than 5 min lol.
Update on the mist: Been using it for a month now. Only the initial first sprays smelt like that. Tried it again after a week and it disappeared. I finally got the creamy coconut smell xD so yeahh, I’m glad I didn’t give it away. Ordered backups as well :P

I get them from purple and yes cashmere is powdery and fresh. Its not fruity

Trust me, don't go by the notes..it LITERALLY just smells like sugar cubes and marshmallow with a hint of vanilla.. You won't get any other notes

It is because it is a body mist, not a perfume. It is meant to be applied through out the day. perfect for work if you don't want to smell too strong.
