- I FINALLY have my Z Flip5! As usual, there are a stack of features that Samsung don't actively promote.
Thankfully, I know where to go looking. Here is my round up of the SECRET updates on the Z Flip5.

Step 1
Hold phone to the edge of table screen side down.
Make sure the camera end is above the table and the charger side is slightly below.
Step 2
Support the charger side with one hand and press the camera side against the corner of the table with your other hand as hard as you can.
Step 3
If you've reached this step, Congratulations! You've successfully destroyed your phone and can now blow a ton of money on a new one!
If not, please repeat Step 1 and 2

Nice first list. Two things are on my mind first: one, you moved quickly through how to activate or find a couple of things, would be great it if you could slow it down and show the show one like me. Second, my wallet app seems to show up and disappear at odd moments, though I've set it to pop up on double click of the side bar key, as my default app, etc. Maybe this is typically-buggy update time for the foldables, and maybe I'm really missing something basic, but maybe also worth a video in a few weeks or months.
I agree. He shows it all too fast without explaining how to find it or use the function. I'm very confused my self.

I had the same exclusive blue 512GB one from Samsung...and it's a beaut. What kind of case do you use if any? I've learned quickly that there's no way I'm going to use any case with adhesive here in muggy, humid Florida, where it will make the phone permanently sticky.. That severely limits my choices.
One thing I was hoping to carry over from the S23 is the night vision camera/video on the selfie cam is pretty darn great. Incredibly, the Flip is almost better. I was able to take videos of TV serial numbers in almost complete darkness when my battery was too low to turn the flash on the main camera...and the Flip looks like it will be able to do that at least as well or better. Very impressive.
I appreciate all the insights into the Z Flip 4. It would be helpful if you slowed down and showed exactly how to activate the new features you're explaining. It goes so fast, I can't see what you are doing. I'd like to understand how to use those features. Thanks for the video.

Cover screen OS is too buggy to pay for. Get GoodLock instead.
Good Lock is not available in my country. Only through Fine lock and then I should download good lock, but it seems dangerous and who knows what else I might stick on my phone!
just change csc...set it to euro one and you get it.you can do that from developer settings or using code or full resetting it...by the way make a backup first...it may erase everything...it is random...I don't know why it wipes everything sometimes and why not other....just in case...backup everything on samsung cloud

How do I get the 5th widget on my cover screen? I only have 4 available... plus I've downloaded that lock app and you have to make an account for that app to get every app to appear on the cover screen

I got the flip 5 and I honestly hate that crease. I can even feel it when I swipe around on the screen
I actually like feeling the crease while scrolling. Its like a tiny massage for my thumb 😅
inevitable consequence to a folding phone, itll get better over the next few releases but I don't think it'll ever be entirely gone. You'll come to forget it's even there in a few months (been using a fold 4 since last year).

You sure can! Just add google meet (or any video calling app) to the good lock launcher widget I demonstrated in the video!
With out down loading apps?
anyone else having an issue where the camera button ON the cover screen widgets isn't doing anything? Sure I can double click the side button, but I wanted to set that on the touch screen to my flashlight, which you can change it, but for some reason that touch button doesn't do anything when I press it, no matter the cover widget I choose. I hope this makes sense, it sounds convoluted I know.
Hey there! With that button for the camera you have to hold them drag up then release it once you fill the circle!

Z fold refreshes Facebook page if you close or open the screen. You would have lost where you were. Irritates the hell out of me.😢

@@sissysimpson792 Open Good Lock in your apps. At the bottom of the screen you'll see Make up and Life Up. Choose Life Up and then MultiStar. Then click on I [heart] Galaxy Foldable. Click on Launcher Widget to add widgets or Game Widget to add games.

Lousy instruction. I don't see cover screen preview. Too rushed of a video. I even rewound a replayed over again. Waste of time
It's literally right there in the top right corner lol it only works for the rear cameras.

Smart things are dead pn z flip 5. I can not connect to anything. My z flip 3 is flawless in that matter.
