As the lovely young girl said “look up to those who do good in your life” My thoughts are that celebrities need us we don’t need them and when people realise this they will choose better in what they consume and part their money with.
I think it is exaggerated to say celebrities have the duty of being role models. Having a platform to speak does not intrinsically come with the duty of acting moral. Ideally, they would behave morally, but to say they have duty is unfounded.
@OneMinuteConvo No I don't believe so. We can imitate the Positive traits of people and incorporate that into our own personality. I think is as far as should go.

It’s like a modern day God for some people. They need someone that’s difficult to reach but they can still look up to
