@@Thomasfarmstn you’re welcome. I don’t blame you one but for looking at a Kinze planter either. They were the only equipment manufacturer to take on Deere in court and win. They make good stuff.
Hi Russ, we had some rain Friday night about midnight, and the next, it was still raining out until noon, and we went out, and there was some water standing in the fields and God bless you Russ for what you do for us 👍
I still can't get over the subscription stuff. But that would be epic if you could get around the air systme and make an outback or other system work. I love that field cultivator!! Drone footage was epic as always! The fenxe turned out really nice!! Keeo thise fire ants, but send us some rain if you can!! Hope your back feels better soon!! Thank yoy russ for bringing us along, look fwd to whats next!! 👍👍😁😁🇺🇸🇺🇸🌾🌾🌱🌱🌽🌽
Hopefully your planter woes will be resolved soon Russ and hope your back feels better soon too. Thanks for sharing and hope you have a blessed day/night my friend.
Hey Russ, there’s nothing worse than an aggravated back while you’re trying to saddle a tractor. Hope ya get to feeling better. Always enjoy the drone footage…fence looks jam up jelly tight👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻take care and God Bless all y’all 🇺🇸💪🏻🇺🇸
Back is a lot better. Dr gave me 2 shots and a script to muscle relaxers. He told me to take it easy for 3 days. Well I’ve been out and about today but no machinery. Next 2 days is rain so I ought to be ready to go next week.
I'm catching up on videos. We keep getting a tenth or 2 every couple of days. It looks good on top but slimy wet underneath. Will see, but this next week has about 2 inches forecast throughout the week. I really like this loop Elite stuff. You might talk to them about what all there system can do. That tighted to gps and field view puts a hurting on John Deere. I buy enough seed from channel and chemicals drop bear to get the free subscription.
My wife use to use rain x in her windshield wiper fluid. Over time it built up a film. My local auto parts won’t carry it because they said you eventually have to use a stripper to get it off. When I bought my white truck it had a film I couldn’t get off. I buffed it off with a stripper. Don’t know if that was rain x or not.
I bought a 2630 monitor with section control for pretty cheap on a sale to run my sprayer. No yearly subscription. Does outback have section control? I like the sf1 signal vs the waas or having to pay subscription for trimble is why i went to deere. I wouldn't wanna pay the yearly fee either, it used to be a 1 time fee
Mine is a 4640 display so I don’t know if the subscription is new or I heard it was some dealers charging and some weren’t . Yes, you can use the Outback AC110 with several different Outback monitors for section control. My old Case IH sprayer is running 6 sections with the Outback Rebel. I can use Trimble or AgLeader clutches with Outback with a fraction of the cost of Greenstar.
All right, you got corn. John Deere sure has gotten proprietary in the last few years; right to repair, overpriced subscriptions. I can see why you're losing money on the planter.
That fence turned out good 👍🏻
Thanks D

We got rain the next few days
Ground looks to be working up good. And the guys did a good job on the fence.
He learned how to build fence from the best. That last field I am going to run the disk back through and plant soybeans instead of corn now.
When you see those rain clouds you tell them to come here please! Thanks! Enjoyed watching!
I would be glad to share
Maybe get planter situation squared up for next year. Take care of back hopefully get better. Have a good one Russ
I’ve got a whole year to figure it out.

Back is much better. Should be 100% when it dries up.
Hopefully your planter woes will be resolved soon Russ and hope your back feels better soon too. Thanks for sharing and hope you have a blessed day/night my friend.
I’m not doing anything to the planter right now. I’ll figure it out this Winter before next year.

What’s up Greg?

Yes I’ll probably use Loup for a monitor, I’ve looked into Fieldview but I don’t think it’s really for me.
i use rainx on my tractor windows, really helps on the dust from sticking great video

@@Thomasfarmstn don't use the fluid, use the wax type directly on the window, wax on buff off
i would agree , if you buy a system then you brought all of it , just go with you feel , nothing wrong with that
Thanks Jim

John Deere made their name off quality. The quality left them some time ago. Their name is being frowned upon now.
I believe they are all like that now.
Hello, Russ!
Hello Luis!
@@Thomasfarmstn 👌
keep plucking away at it. Russ you have to do what is right for your farm on the planter deal
I’ll figure it out over the winter.
Mr Russ, I don't know your farm, but is the row clutches that important? Could you change up your ro2s to do away with the section control
The fact I ordered the planter with clutches and having to pay a subscription to Greenstar to use them, is what’s ticking me off.
How wide is your cultivator?
25’

Hopefully I’ll get it figured out where I can have clutches without a subscription.
You should be ashamed of yourself pulling a green planter red all the way
I had a Case IH 1200. Awesome planter but when I would have technical problems my local dealer couldn’t fix it. Now I go for service.
