We only eat and buy organic now, sugar free, no canola oils, organic extra virgin olive oils for all cooking. I imagine it will be expensive and hard to find. Thanks for an interesting tour mate 👍. it's one way to get out of the heat too
The Yellow Tail Wine is over twice as expensive as it is in Australia, eg the Shiraz is $9 here compared with $26 ish as shown. It ain't a great wine. I think spirits give a better bang per buck :).

there is a lot of import tax on wine
Do you ever see microwave rice in packets or tubs? It's so easy if you don't want a lot of rice for a meal.
you can get them at 711 for about 15 baht
