If something goes wrong with a mechanical chronograph, it is usually the hour counter. I don't know the reason for this. Perhaps that's why there are a lot of 30 minute only chronographs on the market.
Interesting, I have the same experience. But in the case of this watch it’s probably the tension from the reset hammer that causes it, as you can see if I press the reset button the hand is aligned. Perhaps it drifts after initial installation? Anyways, breitling should know better and compensate for it. I guess that might also be the reason why the new 41mm has the B01 movement.
No, the mechanical movement users hammers to reset hands and once the hands are set on the pinion, that’s it. Only way to realign them is to replace them.

Isnt there a way to adjust those chrono hands using crown and the pushers to get them all to line straight up?
