Absolutely a beautiful home. You really do know your stuff as the walk in closet with a island is exactly what i would do. Tile in bathroom is very nice and I like the tub probably wouldn't change anything. Neighborhood is nice and of course " the pond" . I was patiently watching for the backyard and WOW was definitely worth the wait. The outdoor kitchen is absolutely always a plus. The pool breathtaking as I would stand by the fence drinking sweet tea and reflecting on how I have such a lovely home. Thinking about the possibility make ne smile. Being close to hospital is great as I am in health-care. Close but not to close where I would be called in on my day off😅. Homes in Georgia makes home ownership possible as this home asking price is beyond reasonable. This home alone is amazing therefore adding the peaceful looking neighbor as I heard the birds chirping and the perfect oasis backyard along with the pond is astonishing. There's a three bedroom home here in California in the Mar Vista area. The entire home including the backyard is the size of just the backyard of this masterpiece, 😮 Yep, true story . In addition the Mar Vista home asking price is

I love the house and it's a good asking price. However, I have watched several of your videos and consider the constant commentary about what your ideas are is very annoying. You are seriously playing down to your market. A very well thought out video of all of the selling points doesn't need the commentary, it draws the video out with things that aren't neccessary, save that for the walk through.

What has become of our society where a small business owner that helps hundreds of people fulfill their dreams of home ownership, travels the metro area, finding some of the best homes, explains the process, offers free classes, free buying services, stands out in 95 degree heat, taking the time to thoroughly take you through each room for out of town home buyers, and give you the tools and resources to make home ownership possible, gets attacked and disrespected by “the public” who have no intention on supporting and encouraging said business. Unlike you will do to us, we wish you well and wish your atttitude change to live in a world of encouragement and support.
