I picked 3 and I've felt the need to tell people what was being told to me as well as just knowing by touch of something. I used to see videos of things that would happen in terms of shows and things that would happen and later having it happen.
I claim option 2. A lot of the things you have mentioned have kept me from trying to develop my abilities are all essentially thoughts and fears I've had in the past. The thing for me about clairsentient with some claircognizant while being able to be fairly observant with reading faces is that I can find the exact physical facial and body language things that justify my hunches (that I essentially have had my whole life) and therefore almost invalidate it. As for why I'm pushing it away pretty heavily as an adult and ignoring the creativity that I could be putting forth, is there's just been a lot of trauma in my life in general and I've definitely interacted with the spiritual community before where I was pretty forward with my sacral chakra and I had to step back and evaluate.Therefore, honestly I can feel pretty numb most of the time and because I've had a lot of trauma in my life that's affected the way I interact with people or approach them it can get pretty scary to have clairsentience (and I'll add a fair dose of empathy too). I just essentially meditated with a stone for the first time in awhile and I'm really feeling like I'm relying on my higher power to help me want to share my energy again.
