I picked #2&3. I have been through and still going through so much hell in my life. My life has been plagued with death and tower moments. Nothing good ,nothing happy. I was all love and light,helping others,giving,and fighting for others. Not any more. This time I am following a darker path. I lost everything. My home,my loved ones,my health,my finances,jobs. Also I wasn't asleep when I saw my father in his casket 6 months n 1 week before he was murdered. I was 13 yrs old then, I am now 53 and just starting to understand that I'm on a special journey. Me pile 2, my twin flame is pile 3. That twin flame journey is probably sign of a highly spiritual being. OR... Making impression to others to believe that she is their twin flame. This happens a lot to a certain people who great observant and just like you said in the pile, this person doesn't need psychology class to understand other people. So I guess that card means that pile 3 is either a celebrity or very good at connecting with other people to the point that makes them believe that pile 3 is their twin flame though it is not actually what happened. However i think this could also mean that pile 3 is good at triggering spiritual awakening in other people though they are not the twin flame.
