  • Deanna Elise Moore is a certified NLP (NeuroLinguistic Programming) Master Practitioner since 2005. She came from 5 generations of Jehovah's Witnesses, spent nearly 20 yrs as a regular pioneer and was about as deeply brainwashed as you can get. After leaving the cult 10 years ago, she recreated a new life and currently lives on 40 acres in Ecuador, practicing healing through NLP therapy and plant medicine. Currently, she's creating easy to follow programs to help exJW's THRIVE after leaving, helping people truly de-programming themselves from what is holding them back.

The governing body is not inspired, they make mistakes, they vote for "new light ", and if anyone disagrees with them, they kick them out, shun them and label them as apostates, and they're not apologizing, ever, what a loving arrangement 😢

I think that the gov.body votes on new light and new rules. I think each rule or new light needs two- thirds majority, according to Ray Franz book. I wonder how God reacts to that since God «inspires» them?

@@Jatoli and to disagree with their "man-made" rules and doctrine, you'll be disfellowship and label an apostate, what a loving arrangement, so seeing that this is how they run the "organization " isn't it clear to see that watchtower is in fact a "cult", in the most suttle way ??? 👀

@Jatoli According to Jeffery Winder's talk at the 2023 Annual Meeting, new light is only introduced if it's a unanimous decision. If it's not unanimous they figure it's not yet God's timing for the change. So, seems like they've ditched the 2/3 rule.

What is stopping you from getting off your backside and going from house to house with your version of 'truth' if you're so keen for people to believe your opinion?
The fact is that you don't even have the integrity or conviction of believing your own lies - you're a coward and a liar - you hide behind your TH-cam channel whining and complaining - you're not bringing any changes.
.. meanwhile there are over 8.8 million faithful witnesses sharing bible truths in some 239 lands in hundreds of languages - also over 7.2 million bible studies being conducted in fulfillment of Jesus' words - Matthew 24:14 and Mark 13:10 > Matthew 28:19 & 20
You have no share in this divine work - you have nothing to show - you have no accomplishments - what's your excuse?
You are a fraud and a coward - your silence is overwhelming - just sayin' ..
Free speech is a wonderful thing! Lol! 😁

Watching this, all the laughing, it’s a trauma response. What we’ve gone through as women, as “sisters”, it’s horrifying. No doubt, the elders called her crazy.
The craziest part, watching this you learn, while marriage is supposed to be this beautiful thing, it’s absolutely detrimental to women in this organization. We have absolutely no help, no rights. Even our families are more concerned with the organization, then the welfare of their own daughters.

I was a JW for 40 years so I understand their “ discipline” rules. When I started attending a nondenominational church, the first thing I wanted to know was if they disfellowship members. The pastor told me that he was not the God police! If someone is sinning ( as we all do) what better place to be then at church. I proceeded to ask HOW the congregation would be kept clean? He gave me an example of someone “living in sin” that is coming to church regularly. What ALWAYS happens is they either get married or they end up leaving on their own. God has a way of keeping things clean. I’ve been at church for over 15 years now & it absolutely works that way.. every time!! The only time someone would be asked to leave ( our pastor is a mandatory reporter) is over child abuse , domestic abuse, murder, ect of course! Those kinds of things get reported to proper authorities. We are at church hoping & praying for people who are far from God, that they will come to church, be loved and learn to follow Jesus!! We are there to help, not disfellowship & judge.

I can see Deanna as a very bright and aware child with a loving disposition. I think her sense of humor has helped her survive the hell she was thrown in starting with the 1st marriage. Her 2nd hubby was thrown into hell when he married her. The sexual abuse and alcoholism rampant within the organization seems worse than in the "world." The commentator made a true point that those not Witnesses are affected detrimentally by the religion. I know my brother growing up was deep into JW and began to withdraw from our Mother (not a JW) and Father (JW but not so active) seeking the company and advice of the spiritual elite in the congregation. Their advice was mostly crap and did not have his best interests at heart and was not what they adviced their children. 😢

Interesting that I found the same dynamic of running into a very evil man & his wife, who tho they hold no appointed position, are supported in the congregation, & clear to the top, in their evil ways, by donating large amounts. We were completely duped, thinking that "Jehovah's org" is clean & righteous. It breaks my heart for the innocent ones just trying to do whats right & decent within an evil, filthy, demonic cult.

Deanna & Jacek, Thank you so much for this video. Deanna, my heart goes out to you for all the unfair and cruel treatment that happened to you over the years--thank you for sharing your story. Being in for 30 years I saw women treated so badly and made out to be the one with negative actions. But it shows how deeply the mind control was for me that I did not always speak out--by the time I was PIMO for 10 years I was changing a lot of my thinking and how and what I said to people. One young woman who I had not seen since a toddler, and I had a conversation about her mother who was one of my close friends. She said to me with tears in her eyes, "No one has ever said anything good about my Mom." Because the dad was the son of an elder he got away with abuse. Truth came out that he was very mentally abusive 30 years later. Only one of the sad stories of the said influence to people's lives. Your story of overcoming such circumstances is inspiring and gives a lot of people hope. The whole video is excellent and the last twelve or so minutes really pulls it all together.

The story about how her first husband proposed to her (when she was 17) was sort of familiar. I have a relative that is a missionary. He "observed" his future wife for a while. And then he pulled her aside and told her his goals and how he'd like her to be his wife to share in these goals. They also didn't kiss until the wedding ceremony. I find this so un-romantic and mechanical. Also, Deanna's morning after the wedding surprise is shameful. This is why non-JWs begin a sexual relationship and even live together before there is a family commitment. We learn a lot more from a person when they can be vulnerable. They can be vulnerable when they have an intimate relationship - and I don't mean sexually intimate. I'm happy for Deanna for finding her passion in life.

Jesus cared for every single individual sheep before the flock. JW put dogma before caring love, which is exact opposite to the teachings of Christ. The way Deanna has been treated is disgusting.

Thanks for this interview. There is life after the WT. I studied psychology, Inner child Therapy and community development. Amazing wealth of knowledge but I tell you even today I find it difficult to forgive the cult for damaging the unconditional love that we should have for our children. It takes a long time to clean out the mind, oil the gears to work in different patterns and embrace hope. Faith comes from a relationship with the Father AND the Son, in fact the Son is the one who has authority over all mankind, He is the way, the truth and the life. John 6: the whole chapter. From cult at 20 to freedom at 75, born again for 9 years now with peace of mind. Thanks for sharing Deanna's story because it reminded me of the struggle to break free. I only pray that as the WT crumbles the people trapped inside will see that it is not born, created, governed or approved by God or His Son. God hates religion but stands by His word.

Wow your story is incredible! And Ayahuasha is what woke my up. I was a gay ministerial servant struggling to stay faithful to "Jehovah". Then i started working in an organic supermarket and the produce guy was a shaman. He invited me to come drink Ayahuasca with him because he saw how much i was struggling with about everything in my life. At first i refused because it was a "drug" and i was terrified of getting possessed by demons (as a good JW of course). But i got to a point where i was so down and low that i eventually accepted his invitation and thank god i did. Very first thing Ayahuasca showed me were 3 of my previous lives so from the get go my world view was shaken to it's core and i think instantly i realized that I've been lied to my entire life by the JW's.
Second thing Aya thought me was the absolute importance of deeply unconditionally loving your self. Nothing of what the JW's teach. This was July 2014 by November was mailed them my withdraw letter and lost every single person in my life being a 4th generation Witness.
So Deanna your story is amazing and keep producing Ayahuasca for others to use! It saved my life!!!

He paid for all the sins of all the world at the cross (past, present, and future). That payment is put to your account when you have believed on Christ alone for salvation 💐❤️💐💘.
*This means that saving repentance is realizing that you are a sinner deserving of God's just punishment in Hell and turn (repent) from whatever you trusted in before, if indeed you trusted in anything; to trusting in the person and finished work of Christ alone for salvation.*
