shankarpali recipe | sweet shakarpara recipe | sweet shakkar para with detailed photo and video recipe. basically a sweet maida biscuits or diamond shaped biscuits prepared especially during diwali festival or during holi as a munching snack. it is a simple snack food prepared with maida flour, sugar, cardamom powder and ghee. it is later shaped into diamond biscuits and deep fried or baked till crisp.

Hi mam , I tried this recipe yesterday and trust is was the best . I am so happy and my parents were really happy to tasty the outcome . But here instead of 1/4 cup water I used 1/4 cup room temperature milk ( according to my mom it make shankarpali more soft , chispy and delicious ) rest of the the recipe I followed with same measurements and ingredients. Thank you mam for sharing this recipe . :)
