This song I found on accident. I recently went through a rough break up on August 27, 2023 with my boyfriend of 6 years. One of the hardest times in my life. It was his decision. Dear Jeremy, last night the Italian Rai Television broadcast the film about you and Melissa, I was crying all night and I thanked God for all the tears shed, it touched in the depths of my heart strings that were no longer touched. While watching the film I found myself praying without knowing it, I prayed for the duration of the film and even after that I couldn't stop. Prayer of praise and thanksgiving to God for the extraordinary gift of LIFE! I fell ill with stage III cancer and after being cured I began to suffer from much more and now at the age of 50 I can only say THANK YOU, for having helped me, supported me, pampered me with his divine grace. I'm going through a bad period, but yesterday, after seeing how much faith Melissa had and how in the path of her illness she gave thanks to God for what she had given him, I realized that there is nothing greater than saying: THANK YOU! I pray for you dear Jeremy and for your beautiful family and I ask all of you, all of you who read and will read this message to pray for me that Jesus will give light to my mind and comfort in the pain and suffering of every day. All you can see is pain and loss and misery and more tears and maybe right now you don't want to hear one more promise of "it will get better" so I won't give you that....I will give you this...God loves you so deeply and for a purpose that He knows, and maybe you cannot even fathom right now, He has kept you breathing and living...you have purpose, you are loved...yes, you are hurting and I'm sorry for that ....I know what it feels like to cry and to hurt...maybe that's why your comment touched my heart to the point of sending this message to you. I hope you are still hanging in and will keep hanging on...through the pain He teaches us and shows us His love...it doesn't always look pretty (as I suspect you know), but He is beautiful and His work is too. All you can see is pain and loss and misery and more tears and maybe right now you don't want to hear one more promise of "it will get better" so I won't give you that....I will give you this...God loves you so deeply and for a purpose that He knows, and maybe you cannot even fathom right now, He has kept you breathing and living...you have purpose, you are loved...yes, you are hurting and I'm sorry for that ....I know what it feels like to cry and to hurt...maybe that's why your comment touched my heart to the point of sending this message to you. I hope you are still hanging in and will keep hanging on...through the pain He teaches us and shows us His love...it doesn't always look pretty (as I suspect you know), but He is beautiful and His work is too. Be faithful my friend, be faithful...cry to Him, cling to Him and continue your journey as the children of Israel in the dessert did....rest at His feet when you need to (we all do) and lay in His arms when you can't continue...then when He has tended to your wounds and given you new strength, begin again and continue the journey....somebody needs you...you may not know who but somebody does...hold on.....you and God can do this. May God's peace comfort you, heal you, strengthen you and give you hope...Amen. You are loved, you are precious.🙏💛
