He was saying “referee decision is the final decision” but during the match between Nepal and Bir, while playing the match between Nepal and Bir something minor disagreement happened and this person went into the ground and talked with referee and then referee blew the final call whistle and then sometime later the same match resumed. During that time where is the rules and above mentioned words!
When TCV is handling the GCM there were no issues but since it was handed over to CTA - all these politica started so lets not behave as how freedom country deals with any game..
