being cute does not equal acting like a fucking child.... that's just pedophilic. a lot of ea media/games portray child-like characters in an adult way like in anime or games like Genshin and its weird. im not saying everyone there is like that but I find it weird how the industry tries to push that.
Honestly, as a professional singer myself, singing is NOT talent based. Sure, you could get what you want faster when you have the talent for it, but singing is thecnique, experience and emotion. Your voice sounds bad when you're speaking? Mine sounds like an 8 year old playing fortnite, but I can make any voice that suits the song; A sultry voice? Deal! A cutesy voice? Yeah, you get it. It's all about the manipulation of your vocal strings, breath, control of where your voice exits, knowing your limits and strengths, pushing your limits to discover new thecniques, that's the whole deal! I had no talent at all, and now I'm going in bands and shit, I actually draw too, that's when I realized that it does not require talent, it requires dedication and commitment, just like any other thing, instruments and etc. The only thing that CANNOT be fully learnt is how to embrace emotions into your singing, because that's part of your personality, if people stop thinking of emotions as humiliating things to show, and stopped being shy of showing emotions, they could be something bigger in artistry, it's like a phrase I always say: People who cringe while doing art projects, are never going to be an artist.
Yeah, It's about preference. I don't like Ahyeon's voice at all. It's tooooo nasally for me. Now Rami's voice is stunning. I'm not even a BM fan but I really like her voice and Ruka's rapping and I am an Alphaz where Cocona is my bias but Ruka can rap.

For the second opinon not you bringing up my most disliked cover of Kill this love 🤣 Nothing against Nmixx but despite the cover being unique, if this song was released like this, it would have never gotten as big as it is now
I also think that such a thing, the cover version is adapted to highlight the strengths of the groups and stand out when interpreting it and that's why they like it, but without adapting it and present it the same as the original version, would it sound so good? I don't know, for some reason they adapt the songs to the voices of the idols at least yg does, that's why I've seen covers of songs from their groups and I stay with the original, because they're not just voices but also adding something else and the atmosphere of the audience crowding while they're performing, that's why I really like the KTL version that bp presented at coachella than the normal one, if KTL had been the nmixx song and the cover the original version, sorry, It would have stayed like another song in their discography where their beautiful voices stood out, but nothing compared to what transcended the song with the typical yg sound handled by bp, which is also the reason they like it so much among the idols themselves.
@@ENEIDAG24 generally, I agree! Also, BP is such a hard group to cover because of exactly what you said - there's something very specific that the members add to the songs that is hard to be replicated. The covering artist just have to make the song their own - and that's kinda rare. To give credit, Nmixx did exactly that and they did a good job to showcase their strengths and it worked for them. But if this was the original song, and BP's was the cover, the cover would have been wayyyyy more popular 😂 Even without BP's fame, the original KTL just hits in a way Nmixx's version doesn't
That's the point of covering a song. You don't just sing it, you change somethings up with the arrangement & add your own style. NMIXX is a vical centered group so they covered KTL by doing it in their own way. The same thing can be said to boy groups who covered KTL by making it 3x more sound powerful by changing the instrumental for a bit & replacing the short vocal moments & purely basing it on rap. Nothing bad about covering songs, that's actually the main point on why its called a "cover".

literally I love this channel but idk where she got that from. I hate it when I idols do it too, it has nothing to do with what she was talking about like I saw her going on about concepts and feminism and I was like girl what are you talking about you lost me😂😂
Hey there! I appreciate your feedback and understand the confusion. Let me clarify why I brought up feminism and empowerment in relation to aegyo. The original comment expressed dislike for idols acting cute, which is totally a fair personal preference. However, I wanted to highlight that the dismissal of 'cute' concepts can sometimes stem from deeper cultural biases. In many cultures, including Korea and Japan, cuteness is a celebrated aspect of their expression. When idols, particularly female idols, choose to embrace a cute image, it's a form of self-expression and empowerment. They're making a conscious choice to present themselves in a way that resonates with them and their audience. Feminism, at its core, supports the freedom for individuals to express themselves however they choose, without being boxed into certain stereotypes. So, when we talk about idols doing aegyo, it's not just about being cute-it's about owning their identity and challenging norms. It's a powerful statement in its own right. Hope this helps clear things up!

Wait wait wait now I got confused how is jyp the reason skz is getting brand deals, headline festivals ect. ? The festivals choose their headliners the company just say "yes", the brands want particular members the company just say "yes", the guys make their music the company just needs to release the album.... that's the bare minimum. Literally if they leave they can be better cuz probably jyp is refusing many more good deals than they agreed to. Everything those guys get is bc their fans are hyping them a lot and ppl talk about them and this is what brands and festivals want. Jyp is literally doing nothing. But I don't think they will leave jyp anyway. As you say they are cash cows. They can do the BP deal but they don't look like they want it.
Well if Jyp said "no" then its a no. So💁♀️
@@jangwonive oh wow so upload the company for the bare minimum? Oh yeah they are definitely the key for skz success then 🙄. Y'all ppl are ridiculous
@@Vosee-k5d i mean, they're not the key but definitely a helper. They give the budget and the permission. Look for example BTS, who, despite their peak in 2017-2019, never got a fashion ambassadorship (something pretty trendy & a help in defining idols better in the industry) bcuz Bighit never allows them to. Or BLACKPINK who usually dont perform on any music show or festivals like other kpop groups when promoting bcuz their company dont let them.
Im sure SKZ gain success on their own but if JYP didn't market, allow and *fund* them, they'd be in the dust like GOT7. So give some credit🤷♀️
@@jangwonive what market? Jyp is literally doing nothing. Got7 being paid dust? Just check out all their schedules and promotions while they were group ,they were never paid dust the fandom was just spoiled and thought it was not enough and the members wanted different things not to be in a group. It has a difference. Saying bts company doesn't make them what they are while all those payola manipulations got exposed those days is so funny 🤣🤣🤣 and BP? Are you kidding? YG is literally treating them like princesses, that's why they stayed there. You giving sh"t examples. And no here credit is no due when the company is not doing anything and those guys would be better without them
@@Vosee-k5d my point is, if company doesn't give permission, then the group goes nowhere. Thats all.
this youtube channel is the personification of the toxic kpop fans lol
I agree for the collabs one ,we got jackson and bibi
