If you are still in south can visit Wayanad Kerala which only 40 km from Bandipur. it is also a beautiful station. tea Gardens , coffee Spice lakes waterfalls and, wildlife. there you can enjoy Malabar cuisine as well.
we ve given wayanad a miss as we took turn from mangalore towards mysore and left NH66.. if we would have gone towards kannur then there was a good chance but may be next time... No doubt wayanad is an awesome place... 👍.. so munnar, alleppey, kolam, varkala, trivandrum......
Kerala border is only 30 km from Bandipur Karnataka National Highway 766. most people think that Kerala is very far from Ooty Road it is on the way. you have to take a right turn from Bandipur forest Road. anyway wish you best of happy and safe journal. Kerala and south is tourist friendly states.
Hey! i just checked , we had already travelled some distance when the screenshot appears on the screen. It was when we had crossed mysuru airport and travelled 5-10 kms... that is what i said in the next line... Also i checked from mysuru airport its 116 kms approx.... hope that helps
you can take 116 kms from .ysuru airport... and rest from the hotel/home in mysuru to mysuru airport to get a better idea why there is too much difference (266 kms in your case). Enjoy your trip...
hi, we entered during the day but we have crossed many national parks during night.. you ll have to be extra careful... rest i believe it should be open theoughout the day to drive through as state busses were also crossing... but still double check please

Hi there! Thank you so much for your feedback! We would suggest you to book your hotel within 1 km range of Hyderabadi biryani house.. There are many hotels around here, plus food options, supermarket, street food and also attractions are nearby..Lake (4-5 km)is also driveable or you can take taxi(be prepared for traffic jam of 20-30 minutes on the way to the lake) .... Waterfalls(opposite direction 7-8 km) are also not far... Talk to Harris 9447112654 and he shall be able to provide some good options (he has 2-3 properties including tea and coffee estates too). Apart from him we dont have anyone there ... Hope that helps. we met him randomly and stayed at one of his budget properties(dont remember name) during our visit .. All the best and good luck..
