DDA has stopped covering basic points in mind while constructing flats. Fundamental drawback is that construction quality is very very poor. Some flats have been constructed along smelly drains. Word is changing fast and across the world construction work is engineering marvel. UPvc windows door and glass works is rampantly in use which enhances quality living. Even after paying crore one gets dingy dirty rooms full of seepage across the flats. After taking possession one finds there is no foolproof maintenance mechanism. Supposing one wants to get seepage fix emanating from upper floor and upper flat n owner is non cooperative one can do nothing. Each zone has battery of Civil engineers with huge offices but they do nothing when it comes maintenance. Elements of accountability is completely missing. In this age one finds gi pipe fitting. Flats are constructed as if someone will live who has no mind. This someone is not considered as consumer who has got independent thinking mind.
