Best way to survive a friend of mines old was watching the cctv in the city centre where we live and some of the stuff he saw happening to homeless people were terrible
It's one thing to see someone struggling, it's another thing entirely to live and understand the struggle yourself, real folks recognize real 💯 I hope those folks get all the Good karma they have coming for them, even if they've done bad things in the past. Still willing to give their last penny away to someone who needed it. That says a LOT about someone, in my opinion. Not everyone can just "get a job". The struggle is extremely real and it could happen to any of us at a second's notice, knock on wood.

The person who doesn't want to be bothered by some random dude (who may or may not be telling the truth) coming up to them asking for cash may also be writing checks for $50,000 a year to a good charitable organization or spending their weekends volunteering. It's a matter of fact that most people who are begging on the street are either running a grift or are struggling with mental health or addiction issues. It's also a matter of fact that straight cash into hands is typically not the most efficient way to help these people.

During a phase in my life when I was on unemployment I had conflicting thoughts to spare some change to the homeless because my funds were drastically limited, but felt moved in the end to just give. Because of this channel I’ve been helping random people at gas stations. I’m kinda living paycheck to paycheck but when every time I get paid I help people that ask for it. Paid for $50 of gas for someone today that just got a new job and only asked for $3 gas.
I live in a Metropolitan City, lots of homeless. I get asked for change several times a day, one thing that happens, you give money to the first two people that ask you for change, but when six or more homeless people ask you for change daily, it starts becoming impossible to give to everyone. I’ve had a homeless man recently shout in my face for say no, that everyone says no to him, but I had already given out all my change that day. It’s crazy out there.

Yup I feel sorry for the kids who have to grow up extremely fast. The runaways that had to leave their home out of necessity, rebellion or fear. The world outside is full of broken and damaged people that end up damaging more people. It pains me just to think how many souls are exploited out there because they are vulnerable that’s why you got beggars, sex trafficking, prostitution etc. This economical system can be really brutal to the needy and forgotten.
I'm not even that kind of guy and this brought tears to my eyes. Only a poor person knows what its like to be hungry without any money. The rich help the rich and the poor, well they look out for each other as well.

The saddest part is seeing those who are down themselves offer help before people who clearly have the money or could’ve offered to take him to buy the food if they didn’t have cash. about a month ago I was behind a family who was having to put things back, because their WIC didn't cover it... I paid the $21 for their stuff. the look on their faces, priceless.
Not really people's fault they don't trust homeless people. A lot of them don't work because they don't want to and will spend all in drugs. Nowadays you get asked for money 2 or 3 times every time you leave your house. Plus these two guys look healthy and perfectly capable of working for their money.
I have had a lot of people ask for money over the years and as our world has changed, I do genuinely believe that a lot of people don't carry cash on them anymore. Having said that, if I am approached by someone who tells me they're hungry, I will be more than happy to buy them some food.

I am not a poor person but I'm also not wealthy I am a blue collar working man who pulls overtime every week to make sure my kids don't live the same life I had growing up. When my oldest son was about 7 years old we went to US Bank arena to see a motocross race and there was a homeless person asking for money. Now mind you out of the several hundred people in line nobody even batted an eye at the gentleman and my kid saw the guy and asked to give him some money of course at his age that meant dad's money so I gave my son a $20 bill and he went and gave it to the guy and walked back just happy as could be. Compassion is in everybody unfortunately people at some point lose that and begin to believe they are above others. Faith in humanity shouldn't be lost but it should be preserved and encouraged. Unfortunately all those rich folks will one day have to answer for their lack of compassion.
Reminded me of the bible story I learned when I was a kid.. The story of the widow from Mark 12:41-44 When the widow gave her 2 copper coins that all she had.. whilst the others gave only their spare. God bless to all the kind-hearted people these days.. ♥️
Instead of a dollar my grandmother would offer to buy a meal at any restaurant we came out of if someone asked for money. There were many times people said no they just wanted the money. Be kind and be aware. There are people who are down on thier luck.😊

I run a company. My company delivers the goods at home. It is remarkable how in rich neighbourhoods they most often don't even offer a glass of water (my products are solid fuels, often the guys have to unload a literal TON (1000kg/2500pound) in temps over 100⁰ (40⁰C) In 'blue collar' neighbourhoods the guys often take 5,10, or sometimes even 20euro tip. Just because those people know what work means. And how a little tip can change the delivery-guys day.
Also, this fuel is expensive. An average bill is between 600 and a 1000 euro... So to give 5 or 10 bucks extra is nothing. On top of that the rich are most often also the most demanding in service. When I know a client is a Scrooge I just make them pay for the service of moving the goods where they want. The proceeds are paid to the guys when they return.

I agree, I too have been homeless. Freezing living in my car, I got hurt at work. The company I worked for screwed me big time. I lost custody of my kids, was treated so bad by people. I now rent a room, my kids are grown up now. Humanity is so sad most the time, breaks my heart. I want to be in the position to do what they did in this experiment, I keep praying it will happen so I can help others who have been through what we have 🙏
When we rely on others we help those to pay it forward, I've never had to beg but I own nothing and if I have a few bucks and it's asked for, I always give, for me it's the way money and food should work, share and make other's lives a little better. Bless you

USA gives lgtq people a whole month and endless support.But they mistreat their veterans and some even go homeless.I Thank you for your service

Because of this channel I’ve been helping random people at gas stations. I’m kinda living paycheck to paycheck but when every time I get paid I help people that ask for it. Paid for $50 of gas for someone today that just got a new job and only asked for $3 gas.

I live in a Metropolitan City, lots of homeless. I get asked for change several times a day, one thing that happens, you give money to the first two people that ask you for change, but when six or more homeless people ask you for change daily, it starts becoming impossible to give to everyone. I’ve had a homeless man recently shout in my face for say no, that everyone says no to him, but I had already given out all my change that day. It’s crazy out there.

Helping the homeless is the best thing anyone could do. We dont know their struggles, we dont know how bad life has been for them, so why not do something simple to bring a smile to their day. Ive lost my job & still try to help them, give food, money, a ride to where they need to get to. I pray to one day be financially blessed to be able to do more, to truly make a difference. Yup I feel sorry for the kids who have to grow up extremely fast. The runaways that had to leave their home out of necessity, rebellion or fear. The world outside is full of broken and damaged people that end up damaging more people. It pains me just to think how many souls are exploited out there because they are vulnerable that’s why you got beggars, sex trafficking, prostitution etc. This economical system can be really brutal to the needy and forgotten.

I have had a lot of people ask for money over the years and as our world has changed, I do genuinely believe that a lot of people don't carry cash on them anymore. Having said that, if I am approached by someone who tells me they're hungry, I will be more than happy to buy them some food.

I am not a poor person but I'm also not wealthy I am a blue collar working man who pulls overtime every week to make sure my kids don't live the same life I had growing up. When my oldest son was about 7 years old we went to US Bank arena to see a motocross race and there was a homeless person asking for money. Now mind you out of the several hundred people in line nobody even batted an eye at the gentleman and my kid saw the guy and asked to give him some money of course at his age that meant dad's money so I gave my son a $20 bill and he went and gave it to the guy and walked back just happy as could be. Compassion is in everybody unfortunately people at some point lose that and begin to believe they are above others. Faith in humanity shouldn't be lost but it should be preserved and encouraged. Unfortunately all those rich folks will one day have to answer for their lack of compassion.

Instead of a dollar my grandmother would offer to buy a meal at any restaurant we came out of if someone asked for money. There were many times people said no they just wanted the money. Be kind and be aware. There are people who are down on thier luck.😊

I’m one of those people that is half and half. About half of the time I give but the other half I have that feeling that the person is a scammer.

It is remarkable how in rich neighbourhoods they most often don't even offer a glass of water (my products are solid fuels, often the guys have to unload a literal TON (1000kg/2500pound) in temps over 100⁰ (40⁰C)
In 'blue collar' neighbourhoods the guys often take 5,10, or sometimes even 20euro tip.
Just because those people know what work means. And how a little tip can change the delivery-guys day.
Also, this fuel is expensive. An average bill is between 600 and a 1000 euro... So to give 5 or 10 bucks extra is nothing.
On top of that the rich are most often also the most demanding in service.
When I know a client is a Scrooge I just make them pay for the service of moving the goods where they want. The proceeds are paid to the guys when they return.

I agree, I too have been homeless. Freezing living in my car, I got hurt at work. The company I worked for screwed me big time. I lost custody of my kids, was treated so bad by people. I now rent a room, my kids are grown up now. Humanity is so sad most the time, breaks my heart. I want to be in the position to do what they did in this experiment, I keep praying it will happen so I can help others who have been through what we have 🙏
