the multi scale guitar you're using is there a learning curve to it? What are it's benefits over a normally fretted guitar? Thanks in advance. Your music slays
Dang I didn’t get a notification for this!! Sorry I took so long to respond Man! So ya! Basically the benefit to a multi scale is the increased tension for the lower stings. It helps improve the tonality and intonation on the low end! It did take a little bit to get used to (a week or so) then I never looked back! I hope this was helpful! Lemme know if you have any other questions at all my man!!
Dang I didn’t get a notification for this one either! So sorry for the late response Man! But to answer your question- yessir I am! I typically will have my normal distortion track and then, hiding in the background, will be a track with wayyyy less gain and a good amount of low-end. I found that doing this makes the tonality of each note come across clearer and and makes the guitar sound fuller!! I hope this helps brother! 🤘🏻lemme know if you have any other questions at all man!
honestly not a huge fan of your mix, it sounds a bit hollow to me as im used to bigger productions. but your phrases and rhythms sound super tight and im looking forward to what you come up with in the future!
I may be tripping but this is giving me some Periphery vibes
I get Novelists, Erra, and Dreamwake
djent + melody = periphery

This is basically just Erra.
If my riff’s are anything like Erra’s, I’ll take that as a dub
@@jnashb definitely!
i really like the composition. Btw is are you double tracking or no? cause it doesnt sound like it and i was wondering what the pros are in doing so.
