- Since signing for the Revs in April 2022, Petrovic has been the class of Major League Soccer’s goalkeeping group. Standing at 6-foot-4, Petrovic has a big frame and amazingly quick reflexes in goal. Watch some of his best saves during his time at MLS.

The fact he made more saves that I think deserve to be on here speaks volumes as to how good he was. No one thought Matt Turner could have been replaced, but he was with MLS’ most elastic goalkeeper.
One of the most electrifying keepers in MLS history

You will be missed Djordje💙❤️💙 Good luck at Chelsea!
Petrovic did amazing in new england. Thanks King! Good luck at Chelsea
Petro became one of the best goalies in the league in only 43 appearances at only 23. So yeah not every single save is “world-class,” but this is all basically within a year. His reaction time, flexibility, and ability to stay with a play are going to serve him well in the PL, and I have a strong hunch he’ll be number one at Chelsea come the January transfer window. We’re gonna miss him tho
Huge w take
Your hunch is right mate.
The man that played for New England now plays in England
he is very good. i am sure that he will be succesful in Chelsea as well.
First Turner, now Petrovic
Nice of MLS to post Petro’s best moments (:
They should sign my Boy Nick Marsmanfir the rest if the season if they want an experienced and very solid keeper that's a great leader and has amazing accuracy for passes and long balls with both feet, and he's a free agent
MLS needs to develop and sign better keepers there's very solid ones on different teams that dont get enough praise
Most of his critical saves are dives to his right.
Now he's doing good with Chelsea!.
He needs to be good at Chelsea
👍👍👍👍
New England to Old England
Goodbye King!
How was he overall?
I m asking bucz I m a Chelsea fan
@@dbhandari91 no a good ball player, unbeleivable in every other aspect for his age (22). Constantly overpeforming XG by a large margin etc.
@@monrow1961Ah so he'll sadly be 2nd choice in Chelsea then. They will probably try to train him into a ball playing gk and he's got time and age on his side to become great at that too!
@@alexisphade4486Im not sure how important it is for him to be ball playing GK but I think he could be a starter unless Chelsea sign another GK or Petrovic just doesn't perform.
@@RDRevolver8282 Chelsea wants a ball playing gk.
Why would someone leave the league where the GOAT is playing?
All the saves are so average
The first few minutes yes I totally agree, though he ability to read players for penalty kicks is impressive, has quite fast reaction time and his ability to get back up after a big save is great too, quick feet, however the bar is set low for keepers lately in the MLS, hopefully the kid becomes a starter for a team in Europe like Turner, they just get way better training over there
MLS will lose their minds if the backup goalkeeper of Real Madrid, Man City, Barcelona etc. Plays there.
@@damien5971Lunin and Pena? Sure they'd do good in MLS, both young and could take Ter Stegen and Courtois' spot in the future. Also one of Man City's backup played in the MLS. Losing our minds is just over exaggerating.
@@RDRevolver8282 The commentary though. This transfer makes no sense. For the present? Nope, that's Sanchez for at least 5 years. For the future? Nah, that's Slonina.
@@damien5971 We dunno if Petrovic could be a starter or not, maybe they signed him to compete with Sanchez.
He could also be for the sooner future since Slonina is only 19, too young.
