Looks like you two had a great trip. I think the sun really does look different in different countries! I don't know why-- maybe because of being at different latitudes, or elevation, or in areas with more/less pollution in the air? When I went to France I understood why so many of their paintings of the countryside look bleached out-- the sun really does have that kind of intensity there!
I was about to say that! in so may videos and movies the sun seems "whiter" to me because where I live (Iberia) the sun is very yellow and golden. I especially noticed the difference when I moved to the Netherlands

Loved the video, and the part when you wrote the sunlight being different is so real, from someone born in Mexico who never went further north than Texas, visiting New York and feeling the sun there was very weird, it looked as if the light itself had a different tone.
I'm not much of a beer drinker, but I do like a Guinness every now and again. The exciting thing I learned when I went to Ireland is that you can order a half-pint so there's no pressure to finish a whole pint.
