I just love these vids, thank you for taking the time to put them together and giving your honest opinion. That first one looked great, but that agent always makes me leary because they seem like theyre hiding water ingress or other damage. Like i've said, when its time for my family to make the move im happy that we have your services to get to the real issues. Thanks again!
Please do a video on the cheapest chateaus available now in the area that NICE is contained in. You seem to have ignored this area and that is the area I wish to move to. Thank you.
I haven't ignored anything, it is just that the Provence-Alpes-Cotes d'Azur region is the second most expensive region after Paris and there are pretty well no chateaux under 1 Million €uros. So I decided not to include it in this series, as this is aimed at the cheap end of the market. I do however have other series planned with bigger budgets and the PACA region will be included.
The last one was the best! The second one was a disaster, and depressing looking both from inside and outside! Thanks for the upload! Always enjoy seeing what‘s available! Please show what‘s available in Bordeaux area. Thanks!❤
Hi. We live in Toronto. We are interested in a cheaper chateau. Potential bnb. We live in a heritage building now so very familiar with them. We don't want to live in a community with a bunch of connected homes.
Thanks. Very informative. The south probably works better for us; we're used to sun in California. Is the roof on the first one so expensive just because of the size, or is it because slate is costly? I'm more interested in recently renovated structures; we don't know any contractors in France.
Thats seems to be an ongoing debate, but I was taught that it is nothing to do with size, architecture, etc. It is to do with whether or not the owner had high or low justice, as in whether they judged in the name of the king or not... ie public executions.

How beautiful!!!! One of my favourites I've seen so far. A dream it surely is. ❤❤❤
Thank you so much!
Your channel is very helpful. Gives you an idea of what you can get in different regions. I Like It ❤

How can I help you?

The roof is a big one, but also chateau roof timbers are quite heafty too. if the timbers are tired, it can easily add up!
Question: what actually makes a property a „Chateaux“?
Thats seems to be an ongoing debate, but I was taught that it is nothing to do with size, architecture, etc. It is to do with whether or not the owner had high or low justice, as in whether they judged in the name of the king or not... ie public executions.
Thanks Dan 😊
Thank you!
Property 2 ♥👍.. And the scenery was magical.
?How can octagonal Tiles reach 9"x9"
Longest measurement?
@@jimh4072 well no... 9"x9" could indicate Asbestos, good news though there might be Copper sheeting on the underside
