If anybody's interested there's a medieval tower for sale in our town. Basically a renovated chateau without the grounds, perfect for somebody who wants an historic building without all the hassle.
How long is a piece of string....... it depends on size, land size, size of the parish/commune it is in, local services, etc, etc so pretty well impossible to say as a general round up

Hi there, At the moment, it is by region, La Creuse is a department, part on La BNouvelle Aquitaine. But plenty of projects ahead.
