That's cool, I think It would be funny if there was a Holes 2 when it showed what they would do if it didn't rain at the end, and they turned in into a roler coster.
I think the warden was punishing the boys by having them dig holes. After the holes are all dug up, warden has the boys make a roller coaster. Once complete, the boys are allowed to ride the roller coaster=their punishment/time served is complete. None of them know which day they are to be released. It's not a matter of time, it's a matter of accomplishment. Granted they'd have worked harder/ faster had they known the end result upfront, but that too is part of the punishment.
BRAND NEW COMMENT COMING IN! I've watched this actual movie myself, And the landscape looks exactly like the movie does. The coaster looks so fun I wish it was real
eudamme DUHHHHHHHHHH I READ the book. But I'm not talking about the video. There is an actual movie that was made. Bet you didn't know about the movie.
I love how you made all of those holes, the beggining of the video, that part that I though was going to be Camp Green lake but it was just like a replica, the coaster, the way the treasure was found (lol), and you kind of summarized the whole book for me at the beggining. Nice R.C.
Ha, funny how some people like to use the comments to either complain or tell us how much better they could do... Well, you guys do your thing but I will sit here and watch your awesome videos :) Clever idea, I recently uninstalled this game outta lack of play (plus I needed space) but I think I may reinstall it here soon -- you just gave me an interesting idea : )
Yes, good job. I found this one on a related ("roller coaster heaven hell", after I saw the one I was looking for.) I have seen the movie Holes, and it intrigued me.
I always had this vision of a roller coaster going under ground for the initial drop. Because steel gets weaker the higher it is there is a limitation as to how high a practical coaster can be. So if you utilize a height of your average modern coaster and then extend the initial drop like 50 or 100 feet under ground you could attain much higher speeds and a cool rush. I think it would be cool but I can see that there would be a lot of dangerous variables to work around.
i searched "holes the movie theme song" and i saw this and i was like o this is cool! so i pushed it... hope that helps! btw you did help me cause now i know to search "dig it by d-tent boys" thanks!
I was forced to ride this because of my dirty no good pig stealing great great grandfather! Seriously though, smooth inversions and a great ride Mr Sir
I think that this is a good idea for a ride (agreeing with coastermadness1). The way you portrayed it though is kind of shakey. The music kept interested so make-up points for that. Good show mate, 3 stars!
Been watching for 14 years, it never gets old :)
I used to watch this in 2009 when i was little omg glad this video still exist!! Its been more than 5 years!!!
Love the movie and the ride! I like the slow down to a crawl part and then BOOM! you launch and go flying! Talk about thrills!
Thumbs up if you like holes...

Cool ride! Nice theming and a great choice of a movie to base of!
Hahaha I'm really glad this video exists :)
That's cool, I think It would be funny if there was a Holes 2 when it showed what they would do if it didn't rain at the end, and they turned in into a roler coster.

byron bowman The movie is old now. I think the movie came out in the 90's or the early 2000's. It's good. You should find it and watch it.
eudamme DUHHHHHHHHHH I READ the book. But I'm not talking about the video. There is an actual movie that was made. Bet you didn't know about the movie.

Such a great ride to go with one of the best books I ever read.
GREAT/AWESOME SONG!!!! i was singing the beat to it.
great concept for a real coaster,I like the going in and out of underground tunnels!
I loved it!!!! If they made a roller coaster based off of your creation, I would so ride it the first day it opens!!!!!
Original idea and good story to go with the ride :) 5/5

Man I wish this would be real life!! X
this is brilliant it is so simple but very good you dont have to cheat on rct3 to have a good roller coaster
For all its flaws, this is still a worth watching coaster given its really unique concept, even in 2012 !
I was searching for RCT3. Its really great.
creatively done.. cost millions to build that in disneyland, great one.
Wow...downhill brakes i didnt know you could get them on the extended coaster and i'm always building it! EXTENDED COASTERS THE BEST!
The most awesome Holes machineima. Ever.
Wow. This would make an awesome real life coaster :D
Brilliant! With a little more scenery, this concept would be great! 5/5

Thats actually a really cool idea. They should build a ride like this.
The rollercoaster itself is very simple, but i like the little backstory you added :)
That was a long ride, but nice theme, I would have never thought of something like that.
I'd so go on that ride. Nice work.
This is really good! keep up the good work.

On a scale of 0 to Kick-Ass...that was a CHUCK NORRIS!!!!! WOOOTTT!!!!!! AWESOME!!!
this is really awesome i gave it 5 stars
The song is awesome, and I would've made the backstory to this that this is their adventure after they get off "G-d's Thumb." Awesome Coaster too.
This should be a real ride.
Why don't people like it. I thinks it's pretty cool
I think my year 4 teacher read us the book ages ago. Ah, memories...
To me this could easily be called Tremors.. based on the movie.
Good job!
ive seen this movie... you did a good job
Normally I don't like riding roller coasters but...if this one was real, I'd def ride it :)
i searched "holes the movie theme song" and i saw this and i was like o this is cool! so i pushed it... hope that helps!
btw you did help me cause now i know to search "dig it by d-tent boys"
thanks!
This is cool! I've read the book, but I haven't seen the movie. Yeah, I'm a bookworm.
that still looks to be a fun ride.
if they actualy made this ride i think they should play that music while you ride that would be totaly awesome!
