Feeling like Elsa Dutton today ♥︎ This was just the inner peace I needed! Horses and dogs will always carry a special place in my heart. Animals help me feel fully present and at peace with myself. I hope you feel it too while watching this, which is why I wanted to make the video a little longer. After being diagnosed with Auto Immune Disease and suffering from inflammation since I contracted Coronavirus in July 2022, this was just the immune system boost I needed. You may notice some inflammation and dryness on my face and chest :( Something I have been struggling with for over a year now.
When I ride or hike in the national parks I often think about my ancestors traveling through wilderness on the back of a horse. I was most likely a ranch girl in my past life. I felt very at home here and spent a good time with the horses after riding the mountain. I've been riding since I was a child in Sweden. One day, I hope to have my own horse friend. I will probably call her Grace. I have never ridden a pregnant horse before. It was such a magical and spiritual experience. Usually those experiences you can't put into words, categorise, or apply logic to. It's a strong feeling of inner knowing. Something that connects us all, something we are all part of.
