    Sorry for bad capture quality my PC is having a crisis!
    Tried this build out a couple of leagues ago but wasn't happy with it, so I remade it as a melding phys conversion build.
    Playstyle is great (literally one button build, two if you take double damage on focus), plus it has more movespeed and mobility than most other CoC reap builds. It doesnt do as much damage as the classic inquisitor self cast version but it feels way better to play since you dont have to stand still when casting and awkwardly try to find the overlap sweet spot. You get the sweet spot by just standing on the enemy, and then it takes about 5 seconds to ramp up the blood and power charges, at which point you're at full dps.
    Damage is looking at around 50m on white mobs with 40m pinnacle dps.
    Defenses are good but not giga, we go for melding of the flesh for 90% all res and then convert 95% phys to ele with 100% suppress. Seems strong for boss spells but weaker against mob attacks with "added phys as x" mods. Crazy how rippy uber exarch is when I could comfortably tank a shaper slam but die instantly to most of his basic spells...
    To sustain the reap casting we use life gain on hit and instant leech. The tech here is to use a claw as our main hand weapon and then use the "10% of leech is instant per equipped claw" mastery. On top of that we have plenty of regen with consecrated ground from the Rational Doctrine jewel.
    This isn't a cheap build. At least this version uses many top tier uniques such as melding of the flesh, mageblood and a double corrupted lightning coil. A cheaper, entry level version is very possible using Grace instead of purity of elements, and it performs well in T16s, but the defenses fall off in T17s since evasion builds typically have no mitigation against physical spells.
    Hope you guys enjoyed, if you want a deeper look at the build mechanics or guide just let me know in the comments :)

    I'm genuinely curious why assassin and not inquisitor, why a claw instead of a foil?

      The main reason for using a claw is the leech mastery. Otherwise it becomes difficult to sustain the life cost. Claws are also convenient since they have high aps and crit chance. But if you were doing inquis and not relying on leech it would probably be foil.

      @@tastytacos1247 Thank you very much, I'm trying to recreate this playing an Inquis, and I'm not that knowledgeable, but in my brain I felt like inquis + foil would work.
      Anyways, thanks again awesome build.

    Capping crit chance would improve dmg to what value?

      perfect crime also good idea

      @tastytacos1247  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yeah exactly, polymath was the original idea actually but perandus pact is so broken on this build too so I ended up going for that with rational doctrine since I get more life regen

      If you want to minmax damage it would be more crit multi (too low rn) and then haunted power charge helmet mod. You could go full power charge stacking but then you lose all the good stuff on the right side of the tree so takes giga investment to be worth, plus you lose defenses

      @@tastytacos1247 any thought about using flicker strike of power as the COC?

    Does the 5 reap w spell cascade all git 1 target?

    • @tastytacos1247
      @tastytacos1247  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Nope, only 3, maybe 4 on big targets. The ones that guaranteed hit are in the center and either side. It's possible I think to get the back one to hit with enough aoe, but then the center one may miss, not sure. I've done the calculations with 3 to be on the safe side.

      @tastytacos1247  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      If you don't want to do spell cascade you can also do increased critical strikes which makes the build look like a beyblade

      Yeah there are only a few defensive setups that work at T17s right now. Its that or its MoM, incandescent heart, etc. But luckily there are loads of options on the offensive side, so plenty of room for creativity there!

      I'm doing a strength stacker right now, had 8500 life, max block, decent armour but zero suppress. (Oh and it has fortify w/23 stacks) it can STILL get one tapped by spells lol, you really do need a ton of defensive layering atm, I think it's not very nice overall. I did rework it to have 81% all res, but yeah. I know it will eventually still die to a spell one shot, cos no suppression.
