I think the spider book character you are thinking of is in Mercer Mayer's 'L'il Critter' series! There was usually a spider 'hidden' on each two page spread. We couldn't read the story until they found the spider every time I turned the page!! These spiders do look just like the books! Absolutely love these cards Nichol, they're maybe my all time favorites of yours (and that's a high bar cos I love pretty much all of your designs! 😁🎃)

Love your color choices! You nailed the cute but elegant that you were going for. The die cut pumpkins are my fav from this release. I always love how you add more and yet your cards never seem to busy. I think limiting color palette helps. I’m going to try the pink and orange on a card
