It sure is sparkly clean in there, alright. One would expect to see a small bit of oil residue that was left behind from the oil that came up and then drained back to the motor, but not even that bit of left over film? Interesting. I'm more curious about the carbon oil tank, though. What's that all about? Could it be a molded cover or might it be nicely applied vinyl wrap?
It traps the oil and then runs back to the rear head when not in use ,it works well. The carbon cover for the oil tank yes that was like that when I purchased the bike many years ago I assume a carbon company had made them ,it might offer some scratch resistance if one was to have a little slide .
You wouldn’t have a photo of the cct board for the capo clocks by any chance would you? Bit of a mare with mine, just about to change tthe voltage regulator chip but the clocks have been previously dicked with and Im looking to see why the modded some connections! Night-mare!
Thanks fella, I have a detailed pin out for the power regulator chip and a supplier, the only thing I dont have is a pick of the original connections; there’s some connections that don’t make sense to me yet.. I’ll do a vid if I am successful . Thanks again.
@@pardonwhat best of luck I wonder if it worth looking at some of these other cheap dashboard on the market if it was one that could be calibrated to the capo sensors and inputs it might be the way to go
@@paul8161 trust me if you do this mod , you shouldn't see any oil in the air box . The engine might even run a little cleaner also , it's a really good mod to do.

'Jolly's Carbon' made the oil tank carbon cover 👍
@@deanmsimpson maybe he did but not for me I know Ian ,it was on the bike when I purchased years ago .
@@captbarb6642 Ah ok, fair enough. When I first see them carbon covers I was thinking and wishing they were an actual tank rather than just a cover.
@@deanmsimpson it's just pretend bling .
Did you check the wheel bearings on the Capo yet? Perhaps that might be worth a vid!
We'll sort off just a.quick check last month when I had the wheels off for a tyre change .

Do you know anyone who has done that?
@@pardonwhat no I don't but I think maybe a search on Google would show it has been done
Never heard of that problem before, is it a big issue, had my bike serviced and its never been mentioned.
I've had it happen on all of mine even the caponord it enables you too run the proper oil level also .
@captbarb6642 many thanks for that, dam another job I need to sort, bloody bike is a nightmare 😳.
