The best part about Deltascape IV's boss is that, yeah, he really could do all of that in the original game. The animations for Flare and Holy are the same as well (RDM Holy is also ripped from the game, though their Flare animation is based more on the Blue Mage version of the spell, LV 3 Flare).
Exdeath is so damn cool. He's a master mage, a master swordsman, he's got style for miles, he's got a story of pathos while also being unbelievably evil and satisfying to fight, he's absurdly competent, and he comes within inches of achieving his goal. Oh, and he also manages to avoid ruining Final Fantasy V's otherwise relatively comical tone despite being basically all business as a villain.
I had that "That's it?" reaction to the first two bosses, so that made Halicarnassus so much more enjoyable to me. And, once again, I'm jealous of people who get to play this game with friends... Seems like a really good time. I don't get to hear a friend get a boner at seeing Exdeath, but I guess yours fill that void. XD

Aislon in my opinion it's the most difficult of the 3 casters to maximize damage. black mage is up there too, I feel rdm is fairly simple to learn but it has some nuances that you can really bump up your dps
