I have the E9 and i find them very comfortable, so much i can and often sleep with them on. I use them for many hours strait watching movies, listening to music, gaming and they are sooo comfortable with great sound. And look great.

And although I’m disappointed to hear that there E9 has better audio, I’m still happy with the SE7 because comfort is probably most important to me because I do a lot of international flying, so I wear them for long periods of time. You would think they could produce a product that combined the best of comfort and sound, right?

If you want the best for leak proof, I would say probably the E9. But my favorite overall performance cowin headphone is the newest SE8. Everything is perfect on this but the leak proof isn't the best if i have to compare to the E9 because of how the earpiece is designed. amzn.to/2AqsxKX

Sent an email to the company. They said they couldn't do anything about it. Caveat Emptor, folks, don't waste your time and money on these.
Where did you purchase them from? Mine broke on the right side recently and they replaced it for me easily. What part of the headphone broke? How did you break it?
I had a similar experience. I bought mine from the official retailer on Amazon but when my headphones broke, they just refunded me the extra money I spent of the insurance haha I’d buy another pair but I’d just be more careful next time.

They lasted me a very very long time, so i wanted the same pair, And i needed to replace them, but i wanted to know which model was better, Noise cancelling and comfort being my 2 highest priorities. Yeah i agree, the design and feel on the SE7 feels better than the E9 but audio and bass is better on the E9 pro tho.
