haha. I own this guy and as soon as i saw the thumbnail i knew Bobby would hate it. It does all work and the cat and plane mode can look a lot better than this, but you need to have the skills of a sculptor and the patience of a saint to find all the tabs and slots to make it all fit together solidly. I love the challenge but i totally get why a lot of people would hate it.
Would love to see a comparison with binaltech jaguar because from what I remember of that figure this bot/cat mode does not look that much worse. Car mode looks great and i could forgive the bits hanging from yet mode as the upper bit looks quite good. I don't collect anything movie related or looking like it would, so with that its not for me. That said might pick it up if on a discount just for the oddity. Nightmare of a transformation though.... If they'd delivered that car with a good jaguar mode, everyone would have been happy. Instead ambition outweiged skill and we got this plastic nightmare.
@@greenbull3155 Some don't like the complexity of the transformations. I for one love it. As giantbonsai8950 above commented its really up to the individual. The Predaking set isn't the same as this example either. This one is actually more complex.
I'm glad I got out of their Predaking @ the early stages. I tried to make myself like the set but after only having Rampage,I just wasn't feeling it or wanted to play/mess with the damn thing so I sold it and then release after release I'm glad I made that choice,saved me $1200. I give @eso_prime props from admitting he doesn't want/like it anymore as ALOT of ppl buy stuff and tell themselves they like it when they dont.
I almost bought this. I ended up cancelling my pre-order because I realized transforming this thing was going to be a goddamn nightmare and being a triple changer with at least 2 nice Alt modes, I wouldn't be satisfied keeping it one mode unless I bought 3. That just wasn't in the budget. Cool concept but the execution leaves a lot to be desired and the effort sucks all the joy out of it.
My first and last Cang Toys purchase, it looks amazing and the materials are great and sturdy, but the transformation is a mess and just not fun, like Bobby said too much stuff just sits there and the panther is a throwaway mode (nice headsculpt though)
i just can't get passed the fact that they seem to try to merge a F-16 and F-18 fighter jets, the front is an f-16 and the back of an f-18. But not worth it

It's so tiring seeing such a good idea so poorly implemented. Ravage as sleek-ass sportscar is absolutely something we should revisit
