    Hi Natalya, great recipe. Just quick question, if you want to play w different flavors and planning to use pure, instead of mint, what sugar content you shoud consider? Thanks. Looking forward for your net discovery.

    • @ChefRudakova
      @ChefRudakova  3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Interesting question. I would not adjust the sugar content. Flavouring does not really effect the sweetness in this case. Thank you for asking!🙃

    Hi Chef, I have a three questions: If I make a thicker layer would it hold something a bit watery like a mousse without melting at room temperature?
    The second is: what type of food can be in contact with it without damaging it?
    And the last one: how long it last? Like when is it expired?

    • @ChefRudakova

      It’s not sticky at all, just like a normal plastic wrap.... unless, of course, it gets really warm... it’s made of gelatine, so would behave like gelatine does😎

    Chef its really nice but i have a question ?
    What is the self life of this candy and can we make and keep in a jar on room tamp. Or we need to keep some where els and for how many days ?

    • @ChefRudakova
      @ChefRudakova  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I’m not sure about the exact expiry period. I’ve kept mine at room temperature for a couple of weeks, was completely fine... Just think of the ingredients that you use and how fragile those are on their own. Wrap is made of water, powdered gelatine and glycerine... so how perishable can this be?... as for the candies themselves, they would probably be more perishable... I would keep them in the fridge for max 2 weeks...
