Banks are picking up companies that have snuck through the strike off process. They are being reported to the insolvency service who can take actions against the directors under their new powers.

Interesting, why would a bank reinstate a company if the business has no money to pay for the bbl ?

I presume because if the company literally is broke then it would naturally go down the correct insolvency path.

So basically a lot of smart quick acting people have got £50k free and when their “company” goes insolvent they won’t have to pay a penny of it back

if the business took the loan in the right manner and spent it on the correct things the directors have nothing to worry about if the company goes into liquidation, However, if they have fraudulently applied or miss spent the loan they could be in serious trouble , these videos may help

Can I personally liquidate my company as I can’t afford to pay for a liquidator

No Clinton, you would need a licensed insolvency practitioner

@@DirectorFirst so if I don’t have the money to do that then I just have to sit it out?

@@clintonparker4141 that’s what most people are having today if they don’t have the money to liquidate. Eventually the banks are going to have to start winding companies up, but that may be some time in the future pal
