I have a guestion in this 6 months ı never used my company that becouse ı never made a tex retern to HMRS or confermation statement to companys house . is this can couse my company to not close down or is it not a problem. In my case theree have been several ongoing progress to recoup the damage/ collapse due to too pong of a lockdown. Why HMRC didn't allow an extension because of the slow wheel of justice but striking off. How can I raise this formally? One case was initiated by FCA but they said they can't speed it uo. The investors community have heen beyond traumatic and the younger ones still are angry to these days. The clause of Covid event isn't contractually clear and many liability insurance firms have concluded the available funds have gone depleted.

Do you think banks will go after folk who have “over exaggerated” their turn over but are religiously paying what is owed back.

Hey Chris, i plan on striking off my company due to it not being successful. It was incorporated in Sep 2023, everything is up to date. when striking off the ltd, should i tell HMRC my intentions beforehand or should i just go ahead and file the DS01 form?

I will tell you the reason that pubs are closing, they took their customers for granted. In the pub most nights after working up at thirst on a building site used to meet up with my dad and brothers in the pub after work most nights & have a good bevy, then they banned smoking and expected us to pay pub prices whilst standing outside in the pissing rain having a smoke, when an Asda just across the road, could have bought a bottle of beer for 1/3 price in asda and stood in the rain and saved a fortune. personally, I have not been in a pub for about 20 years, I am a great-grandad, have sons, and grandsons, and have never been in a pub with them, the pub trade did that not me, we sit on the patio and have a few beers now. You killed the goose that laid the Golden egg, it's that simple.

In relation to people thinking of claiming themselves, you need experts to get your full potential claim. Even if i costs you £££ to get it you will get more of a claim than going solo even with incurred charges from the experts

A National Treasure!!!! How come, my daughter, if she earns over about £28K, after going to university, has to pay the money back? But Bradley Wiggins et al (Cavendish, Thomas etc) get lottery funding (equivalent to uni "funding") but if they earn over a certain amount, they DON'T have to pay any money back whatsoever to the Lottery funding whence they gained their career funding which provided them with the way to wealth. Most people who buy lottery tickets are hoping well beyond hope that they might escape the evil capitalist trap which they are in and can't actually afford lottery bleedin' tickets in the first place- they're a poor person's dream out of the capitalist nightmare in which they're trapped. So Bradley Wiggins et al profit from poor peoples' misery. (This game goes on everywhere in the country- the National Trust, English Heritage, NGO's, Cancer charities, David Attenborough ((a multi millionaire)) who for decades never said a word about environmental devastation etc etc). The whole idea of lottery funding is for propaganda purposes, so as to create "National Treasures" who galvanise the sporting worshippers who idolise patriotism and Nationalism (most of the brainwashed in this country) into thinking the cycling equivalent of "Ingerland Ingerland Ingerland" and so make the populace more amenable to government foreign policy through the evils of Nationalism. Wake up folks. Learn some history about your ridiculous country which you are so Nationalist towards- the reason why governments use sport to make you all so utterly Nationalist towards is so that you DON'T know any of your country's history.
