I know many of you are waiting for koi and goldfish videos! One of my next tour videos will have some really unique goldfish. Also, those koi were much larger in person! The camera doesn’t seem to quite pick up the sheer size of them.
The goldfish at 0:55 are called Jikin! I love their red/white color and beautiful fanned-out tails^^ They're really hard to find in the U.S. where I'm from so it's great to see so many healthy examples of this breed! Thanks for sharing!
Thank you so much. I had a feeling they were either Jikin or Wakin. Thanks for correcting me on that. Those Jikins are probably my favorite goldfish type
Very Jealous. I think to tour these koi and goldfish farms must be amazing. I know that some koi breeders only specialize in one or two different types. The quality of the fish at the farm was exceptional. Thanks Ryo. Loved it buddy.
I think the ones you said was wakins at 0:56 are actually jikins. Notice how they have red fins, mouth and tail and all white body? The ones at 3:09 are sarasa goldfishes.
I'm quite new to aquariums and fish, so I've never seen a Ranchu before. I love them! They look like little chicken nuggets; they're so cute ;u; Thanks for another great video :D
I love ryukins. Always have. Aside from the excellent cleanliness of the tanks and the overall health of the fish, I was most impressed by the intensity of the reds of these fish!
So good to see no dead goldfishes I love the Shubunkin ones, I had some milky kois in my aquarium, had to give them away cause they grew so much faster than i thought, love your videos keep creating🔥🔥💯🤘🤘
Good day sir i love wat i see but sad to say i think i will never own of that beautiful fish cause it so pricy but think u for the oppurtunity, good day sir
Wow! Those koi & goldfish are really beautiful. I'm into goldfishes. I have three breeds. Oranda, black moore & calico moore. And seeing this video makes me wanna buy another breed of goldfish. But I have to stop anyway. Maybe next year I will buy a new one. Hahahaha. Need to focus to my old ones since my male are starting to chase my female goldfishes.
Great vid! I wish we could get good rice fish here in New York. The last batch of "Youkihi Medaka" that I purchased online were really poor quality. I think that the last ones that you showed were great lookin, although, the blues can look fantastic under the right lighting. I'd love to have a pond with wakins, they are so cool! Thanks for the rice field shot. That is one of my favorite things about Japan. Cheers, Chris
Thank you Chris! Yes, the medaka here were really nice and hopefully they’ll be more common around the world someday. I also made a mistake. Those wakins were actually jikins and I love them. Such beautiful goldfish
It'd be mega Chad if they used the rice fields as their filtration pumping in and out from the rice fields and all those rice field plantation filtering the water and using rain too and maybe some external filtration too
A goldfish and koi wholesaler I visited in Yatomi, Aichi, just used river water. There must have been some filtration because the river was a bit muddy but the tanks were crystal clear. Lots and lots of aeration though.
@@RyoWatanabee Yes thank you, but my kohaku koi 3 inches small I mix my kohaku with my ryukin and it my first koi fish, I really like your video keep a good work it help me a lot wish you luck. 💕💕💕
omg could u do plant nursery tour in japan please , i heard its beautiful but maybe this is the end of the year so everything not that beautiful maybe next year please on the spring
02:00 to be honest I don't like Red but it's the most poplar color in KOI that's why Arowana is number one in my choice's in the fish's and soon i'm gonna get Real One ;* ;* ;* :) ;* ;* ;*
Haha it's all good. Next time you're in Tokyo you should go check out this place called Azuma Nettaigyo(東熱帯魚) in Higashiyamato. It's a small house/dungeon in a middle of a residential area far from public transportation... but it'll be worth it seeing that you're really into fish
I know many of you are waiting for koi and goldfish videos! One of my next tour videos will have some really unique goldfish.

Very nice Shop
What kind of food they give to their goldfish?
Does ricefish can crossbreed? love the last ones with the unique fins, in blue they should look really nice and the long fins in black
Yes, I think there are crossbreeds in rice fish. The pure bred ones look much better though
Great vid! I wish we could get good rice fish here in New York. The last batch of "Youkihi Medaka" that I purchased online were really poor quality. I think that the last ones that you showed were great lookin, although, the blues can look fantastic under the right lighting.

What kind of goldfish do you think are the most functional? So many look super line bred for aesthetics
Well that’s up to you. I like ranchus and jikins. All goldfish are man made so they are all basically bred for aesthetics

Sorry, not so sure. I’ll try to ask next time
