No problem! Other people's TH-cam videos have helped me a ton in the past. They're a great resource. I just want to contribute what I know to help other people. Make the knowledge go full circle. I haven't gotten too many mean comments but I try not to let them bother me. Sometimes you can't tell the person's tone with just text so I assume good intentions.

Were you using a torque wrench to crank on that press?

Yeah - I have a cheap old one that stopped working (not because I used it like a breaker bar - hahaha). I use it as long ratchet.

Yeah sorry, it was difficult to hold the phone and work the wrench while holding the drive shaft in place. It worked well. It pushed the ujoint cup out on the one side and I pull out the 'cross'. Then it took some effort to get the cups out since they were pretty well rusted in there. Thanks for watching!

Show the hard part you did off camera that's what I need to see not after you loosened it and just drops out
    Sad

Yeah - hard to hold the camera and wrench at the same time. It's really just turning the screw to drive out the ball joint, but yeah I would have like to shown it.

You got the drive line out and you don’t replace all the u joints 😳😳
Glad you don’t work for me

You've got a good point. I try to replace things that make sense 'while I've got it apart', but I also try not to spend too much time and money on things that are perfectly fine. But for $20-$30 and a little bit of work it's probably worth doing the other u-joint. Your comment prompted me to look closer at the center bearing and rubber cushion that holds it. That's probably going to get replaced since the rubber looks tired.
