Great video! I put the Jetfire Armor on the Muscle Bear KO and had a lot of the same problems. Really like the recommendation on changing to order of how to add the armor on - those shoulders were a nightmare!
I have the first issue Optimus Prime and it came with weak knees as well. It can hold a pose, but if I were to apply the armor kit I can already see it collapsing. It's a shame I'd have to get another Optimus Prime to complete the look. However, I have the Nemesis Prime, and that came with solid knees. It would look just as good with this kit. I'm a sucker for accessories so I'll wait for the reissue or fingers crossed I can pick one up at a US convention

Hi, I am sure it will look amazingly on nemesis prime :)
yes the knee armours do click in place, once clicked its won't fall off and need force to take them off
also you can extend the ankle (showed in the instruction book) so the articulation would be improved after armoured up.

No, as far as I know nemesis prime has super solid joints :)
