From the video's audio it definitely sounds like part of the valvetrain, like a singer sewing machine, you know what that means, lifter bearing smashed and/or worn cam lobe. Also, for rear mounted batteries you should jump from the front where the jump-box is closer to the starter, and when charging the battery then connect directly to the terminals.
Hurts to see it like this but I’m guessing injectors or lifters. Had a 6.4 Jeep make a similar noise and it was lifters. Seems weird this would have a failure like that since the motor has low miles
Sound like it a stuck open injector since you are getting smoke while it's running. If you can see the injectors on your scanner it will be easier to see but if not, you will have to check the injectors on the right bank.

get someone to hear it from the outside to see if the noise increases on rpms if does maybe its something if it doesn't increase on throttles maybe its something else. edit: But seriously check the intake valve and valve lifter the sound is very light something without much weight to it is moving with the pistons or crank or whatever
These are easy to build because all he is doing is swapping front and rear suspension cradles and body wiring harnesses . LX BODY Chrysler’s are very interchangeable with each other. But with what you are saying sir, if he does hellcat swaps into a nitro ( non LX body ) , that would require real talent on his end. Because it would need fabrication, frame reinforcement, cutting metal, etc.
Lx body swaps are easy because all mounting points on the underbody are the same (subframe to unibody mounts ) . So swapping subframes off an srt onto a v6 lx body , the suspension cradle holes will line up to the body no problem . But non lx body , takes real skill , people that do that you will rarely see on TH-cam . Because they get paid well by their private clients that they build custom fabrication chassis for.

So Annoying trying to start dead battery car with those big 4 nothing juice Boxes and can't. Plus, you need to get those newer smaller lithium battery capacitance style battery boosters. They have more power than the Big For Nothing Jump Boxes. With full charge the Jump Box can't even start My car or turn it over, but even at 2 Bars (50%) On My small little booster starts car right up with no hiccups.
Best bet work with your insurance , frame work unless done by an absolute professional that measures frame accuracy by the millimeters , the body gaps will never come out correct . It will never be factory , crumple zones have already been weakened .A unibody , and front and rear subframe replacement to ensure frame is straight and wheels drive straight , or totaled by insurance company for another red eye will be your best option brother . Or find professional frame shop that is expert in frame pulling , they have them everywhere in America , and that is if you’re okay with it not full repaired . ( if you get frame pulled , it is never oem , I would recommend unibody/chassis replacement . ) to ensure that if it crashes again , the crumple zone’s function as they were from factory .
I am sure if you find a frame guy he will get gaps to line up . Or he can tell you to just drill out spot welds and replace a frame section . But this changes crumple zone properties . Unibody replacement is needed, especially on a red eye .
