About Video
In Today's Video I will take you towards the most famous attraction point area of Kanpur city. I will show you exploring Kanpur Boat Club on the banks of Ganga barrage. This is one such project of Kanpur city, which all people of Kanpur city were waiting for a long time to open. Today is the opening day of this project, I will give you step by step complete schedule information and will tell about this project and about the location of this place. I am going to give you all this information in today's video, so definitely watch our video till the end.
About This Project
The concept of boat club on the banks of Ganga was first introduced in the year 2011. After 4 years, in the year 2015, this project was passed by the KDA board and approval was given to release Rs 13.5 crore. In the year 2016, a committee of this boat club was formed, which was given the responsibility of conducting sailing competitions, buying boats and running the club. In which officers from Army to Navy and three police forces were also included. But due to the neglect of that committee, even the boats could not be brought for many years. But in the meantime, in the year 2017, a boat club was built near the Ganga barrage and in the next year the boat club also became a way for the common people to reach. Since then this project has not received any special attention and in 2021 the procurement of various types of botes was started at a cost of 2.67 crores. But since then till today's inauguration day, even a professional committee could not be formed for it, The current commissioner Dr. Rajasekhar took it seriously, but during the Corona period, it took more time to get special types of boats made on orders from different cities of the country. After that the boats arrived, but only wait for the date of formation of committee and opening of boat club. But it took a long time to make. But friends, finally the day has come when all of us Kanpurites are going to get the gift of tourist attraction point and today is 25th June 2022. After about 11 years from the beginning of this whole concept in 2011, finally the time has come. Today is the integration day of this entire project.
