Due to watching your videos I have learned to approach my tasks a lot calmer. I only have one child, but I found myself getting easily overwhelmed with activities I needed to accomplish. Watching you do all you do, seemingly calm, relaxed and steady, I figured there is NOOOO reason I can't approach any task in the same manner. Your videos and shorts are fun, and I love them for that. Yes it’s so important to appear strong so they know they can feel confident, but dang internally it’s a lot to process!
My sons first day of kindergarten I remember like yesterday. He is 33 now. We went to the bus stop and we waited his bus he went to get on. First step he turned around and said you can now mom and I did like a baby lol. I cried when I put all three of my grand babies on the bus the first day too. My other two are in PreK and daycare with number 6 due in in 3 days. They live an hour away. I am gonna have to take a ride next year to my 4th one off to kindergarten for the first time and cry again lol. I am a crier happy sad it all gets to me.

Watching Harlee with her reservations about preschool brought me back to when I was just starting kindergarten and sleeping in between my mom and dad the night before. Hoping that she had an incredible first day!

I think I have watched this one vlog probably 20 times now. Alicia, EVERYONE OF YOUR KIDS IS AMAZING, and that just goes to show you and Josh and everyone in their lives are amazing human beings. I wish you had the time to film a vlog like this everyday. I know the comment section on TH-cam can be seriously unkind, but to be completely honest most family vloggers use their kids in terrible ways. I have never seen you do or say anything I would consider terrible. You are a real Mom, with an amazing spirit and boundless energy. When you were driving Harlee to pre k, and she started singing about the flowers and you grabbed your sunglasses, I almost started crying. The things they pick to criticize and make videos about are insane. Like I saw one title that said something about her changing her clocks to pretend to be up at 5 or 6 am. What would it matter what time she’s doing it, because she’s still doing it. She’s still keeping 12 children alive happy healthy and safe. It’s not like she’s living a double life of abusing the children off camera and putting on a show for profit, because it would be obvious by the children’s behavior.

I’ve learned to take things out of the boxes, then I cut the instructions out and put them up in my deep freeze or fridge with a magnet. Works out great!!
