Rocking a 1070 Ti myself and it's going strong even have it over clocked some it can handle some beastly games still, Gonna retire it soon though. Thanks for the review of this not so talked about gpu.
Got a good price on a 1070ti via market place during the ludicrously high GPU prices during the pandemic, it has kept up pretty well and I dont regret spending 150$ on it trying to upgrade with a build from marketplace in 2020 I'm actually still sitting on it rn using it looking to upgrade and still am happy with it. Great video and subbed love the attention to detail and settings! Adding on.. FSR existing makes this a steal if you are trying to make a build and jump into pc for the first time these days on a small budget build although id still recommend a better card.
1440p is the 1070 ti's sweet spot. I'm still using it with a i7 3770k 32gb 1800 mhz ram setup. The 1070 ti can handle 4k with tweaked medium/low settings or high/medium FSR. I honestly rather play a newer game at 4k medium with high textures/medium shadows, then 1080p high/ultra.
Card that old should make use of fsr whenever possible. Sure you lose some image quality, which especially in fast paced games doesn´t really matter much, but the gained performance can turn a game from "barely playable" into "decently playable". It´s a very similar story with rx 580 cards. FSR surely gave those older cards a second wind.
Yeah, thank god FSR is available on these cards, it makes them have a decent performance with newer games. My only gripe is the visual quality degradation, but I would take that over wasting $500 dollars or more for something better that is worth it
@@N00byte I am with you on that. I hope and will improve the image quality of fsr, but as you say it's still better than spending 500+ bucks on a new card that can run the same settings but without upscaling. Also xess is an option at least in some games and usually has better image quality. Fsr3 frame Gen is definitely nice. There is a mod for cyberpunk to run fsr frame Gen.
@@N00byte Those Cuda cores on 1070 ti are also good for rendering software like Daz3d if you wanna render your imaginary girlfriend or something. Though, Rtx cards are better...............

Oh yeah, overclocking it can definitely give you a boost, in some games I was even able to get +10 fps more
Not worth it. VRM and GPU will die early lol
Bro. Keep up videos like this and your channel will go far.

what cpu would you recommend with gtx 1070 ti?
Before having the 12700k I had a Ryzen 1600, so I would say that any between or higher than those two is good
@@N00byte ohh okay, thanks for the info
Nice video!
Thanks! 😊
bruh im literally your first sub lmao
I'm the second
Hahahaha thank you!
For FHD only.
Yeah, although 1440p is possible by using FSR
I play on 2K ULTRA on Forza 4 and Horizon Zero Dawn, for ex, so no...
first to show fifa gameplays
which one is better ? gtx1660ti or this one ?
Definitely this one, they are very similar in some aspects, but overall the 1070 ti is better
