*Without the help and generosity of Marc, the idea of featuring a zoo outside the U.S. was only a dream. If he's still in France and has the opportunity to move away from Paris, he should go take a look to the Zoo de Doué la Fontaine, near the city of Nantes. It's built in old quarries and has some of the most beautiful and immersing exhibits I have ever seen.
You could go slightly closer for an international one with Canada or Mexico. But since you're basing out of Ohio, one thing you might consider is a short trip to the zoo inside the Boonshoft Museum
This is by far the best zoo tours video I’ve seen. My favorite animal’s debut, penguin zoomies, and a South American exhibit that isn’t focused on the Amazon!
Went to Paris zoo a few years ago, was pleasantly impressed considering it is relatively small. Out of the zoos i have visited, mainly in UK but also in Europe, Lisbon, Chester and Berlin zoo have stood out as high quality experiences. I plan to get to Vienna and Prague at some point too as well as San Diego 🙂 would love to see more global zoos shone, certainly one of the best zoo tours channels, if not the best
It’s genuinely awesome seeing you have fun in a non U.S Zoo with a Patagonian themed exhibit that’s awesome with it’s own wildlife from the land and sea. And I love the footage of the animals and exhibit design in this!
I must say, this has to be one of my favorite South American Exhibits even though Jaguars are my favorite animal from South America but it is nice once in a while to take a break from the rainforests to see life on the Grasslands, Forests and Coastlines of Patagonia, Great Job to you and a wonderful job from Marc.
Wow-wee!! Patagonia is swell, based as a prehistoric version! Say, Zak, try visiting the San Diego Zoo Safari Park, Woodland Park Zoo, & Bearizona, along with the Waikiki Aquarium + Honolulu Zoo soon! Plus, 4 zoo trivia questions for you & your girlfriend..... 1) Which otter at the Toronto Zoo passed away this month? 2) Which zoo or sanctuary are Holly & Hazel the 2 cougar cubs from the Oakland Zoo are moving to? 3) What reptile did Bearizona once have, since it's not adapted to the cold? 4) Besides the polar, black, & grizzly bears, what other bear species did the San Francisco Zoo once bred way back? Crumbling Nuthetes!🇫🇷
It's definitely exciting to see an international zoo make this list! Although I'm surprised that the first international zoo wasn't Toronto- since that's not that far from many of the midwest zoos that have been covered already. Im certainly not complaining about getting to see a unique exhibit from a European zoo I'm not overly familiar with though!
I hope that while in my country France you went to one of the most beautiful world zoo : zooparc de Beauval in the Loire Valley among our famous castles.
Will the next episode be the Manatee Springs at the Cincinnati Zoo with fun facts about their white lions and how they got replaced by their Bennetts Wallabies?
Wow, I hate to admit this because it's my home zoo, but I probably would have forgotten to include them if I didn't read this. I have some decent footage in the archives of their white lions.
Mountain lion hunting is pretty much their biggest source of conservation funding. Please do research on the pitman Robertson act. Hunters love wildlife more than anyone.

How about a tour of the Animal Adventure or Tiger Territory at the ZSL London Zoo
It's crazy how the rockwork is the same as the rockwork that toledo zoo had up until the 90's

The work put into these videos is much appreciated, I hope more non-North American zoos will be included in the future
Giraffes and gentle lemurs remained on site during the renovation. As a international zoo tours fan it is always great to see zoos I have been to.

You should get Beauval if you are doing zoos in France!
It’s a great idea
It’s great to see a zoo renovate this much to improve the quality of life for their animals! They have built some beautiful habitats.

I’m glad to see an international zoo get featured on zoo tours!
I love your content you are sssoooo cool 😎 ❤
Another extraordinary tour and a prime example of what a zoo exhibit should look like.
As a French person, I improve this.

@@ZooToursAre you going to the Memphis Zoo to tour the Animals of the Night.
I could be wrong, but I think Nashville had Patagonian Maras in the Expedition Peru: Trek of the Andean Bear
They do/did not.
Come one day visit Bratislava zoo in Slovakia❤
This exhibit is fantastic why doesn't America have an exhibit like this.
Could you do the phoenix zoo in Arizona?

I was in Paris a few years ago. I wish I’d had time to check the zoo out. Love the unique concept for this exhibit.
Nice video and I live in Europe and Patagonia or pampas we have in all zoos but we don’t have Amazonian animals
