In Ethiopia, education is mainly based on and evaluated by examination not on making the society equipped with knowledge and skill enabling to solve the prevailing solution and become and innovator. In my journey of university education, I have experienced relation, religion, approach and locality based evaluation and grading practice which severely harmed my potential in education and I am very disappointed staying at the academic area.
